Temperature: The minimum temperatures fell in west Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. They were markedly above normal in east Rajasthan, appreciably above normal in west Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Haryana and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 2.6 degree Celsius recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).
Forecast valid until the morning of December 27: Weather will be mainly dry over the region.
