Temperature: The minimum temperatures appreciably fell in Haryana and changed little elsewhere. They were appreciably above normal in east Rajasthan, above normal in west Rajasthan, below normal in Punjab and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 0.2°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).
