The National Democratic
Alliance (NDA) today presented a united face at a ‘Maha
Rally’ here today. The alliance presented as many as eight
chief ministers on the same platform and brought leaders of
Gorkha Janmukti Morcha from Darjeeling, Telengana Rashtra Samiti
(TRS) leader K Chandrashekhar Rao and Assam Gana Parishad (AGP)
on the same platform.
Nitish
complains of shabby treatment by UPA Ludhiana, May 10
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish
Kumar today launched a scathing attack on the UPA government,
accusing it of neglecting states ruled by non-Congress political
formations. Addressing the NDA rally here, Kumar, who is being
wooed by the Congress as well as others, did not mince his words
while criticising the Congress and appealing to the Bihari
migrant population in Punjab to vote for the NDA.
