577 cases settled at lok adalat

Expressing concern over the deteriorating state of education in Punjab, senior IAS officer RC Nayar has suggested that the State Council for Education Research and Training be made autonomous as “a society to take care of all district institutes of education training, five telescopic in-service training centres and all other types of training institutes for teachers”.
