New Delhi, November 14 Telecom Minister A Raja, in the eye of a storm over the 2G Spectrum scandal, tonight quit the Union Cabinet in what is clearly seen as a move to keep the UPA coalition intact and save it from facing further embarrassment in Parliament over the issue. The Minister called on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh shortly after reaching here from Chennai and submitted his resignation.
