Amritsar, February 25

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers and leaders today staged a protest against the arrest of two AAP Delhi MLAs and the raid conducted by the police at the Chief Minister’s resident in New Delhi.

They burnt an effigy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and raised slogans against the Delhi Police.

AAP (Urban) president Suresh Sharma said, “When the Union government failed to dislodge the Kejriwal government in Delhi, it let loose its officials to harass the Delhi government.” He added that a recent survey revealed that Kejriwal was the most popular leader in Delhi and it prompted the government to harass the Delhi government and its ministers. — TNS
