AMRITSAR: The move of the Central Board of Secondary Education to compensate the students for typing errors in the English question paper has brought joy to the students and their parents in the city.



Amritsar, April 21

The move of the Central Board of Secondary Education to compensate the students for typing errors in the English question paper has brought joy to the students and their parents in the city. The board will award two marks to the students. The English exam of Class X had a number of errors in the reading section.

Shreya, a student of Class X, said, “I am very happy at the development. There were some errors in the paper.”

MK Sharma, president of the Punjab Parents’ Association, said, “Such errors should not take place. Compensation was the only option for the CBSE that it.” — TNS
