DLSA holds camp for residents

AMRITSAR: To address grievances and help residents avail benefits of government schemes, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) organised a camp at Daoke village here today.

To address grievances and help residents avail benefits of government schemes, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) organised a camp at Daoke village here today. CJM Monica Sharma, who is also the secretary of the DLSA, said officials of all government departments were present at the camp.

Help desks were set up to address the issues of residents on the spot. Application forms for ration cards, pensions and bus passes for elderly women were also filled. Disability certificates were also issued on the occasion. The DLSA secretary said residents were made aware of the schemes offered by DLSA. — TNS
