The Department of Human Genetics under the aegis of the Society of Human Genetics celebrated ‘Matri Bhasha Diwas’ to commemorate International Mother Language Day. Students delivered speeches in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu. They highlighted the importance of mother language. A wall magazine was also decorated by the students with slogans in different languages. — TNS
