Nigerian national held with heroin

AMRITSAR: The police have arrested a Nigerian national and recovered 260 gm of heroin from his possession here yesterday. He has been identified as Paul Kelechi Ukwvsike, native of Owerri, Nigeria. He has been residing in Tughlakabad Extension in New Delhi since 2010.

The police have arrested a Nigerian national and recovered 260 gm of heroin from his possession here yesterday. He has been identified as Paul Kelechi Ukwvsike, native of Owerri, Nigeria. He has been residing in Tughlakabad Extension in New Delhi since 2010.

Jagmohan Singh, DCP (Investigation), said: “We had arrested a drug smuggler, Bhupinder Singh, recently. He confessed during police investigation that Nigerian national Paul delivered heroin to him. Following the information revealed by Bhupinder, we set up special checkpoints.” Paul was held from 88-feet road here. A case has been registered. —TNS
