Bathinda: A person was killed in a road accident that took place on the Bathinda-Malout road at Diyon village, 15 km from here. The Bathinda Sadar police reached the spot and started investigation. According to police, an unidentified person was riding a motorcycle when an unknown vehicle hit him. An NGO team also went to the spot and took the injured to the Civil Hospital. He was declared dead by the doctor. The police have registered a case against unidentified persons.
