Bathinda, October 17
Two women were killed in a road accident near Bucho Kalan village here today. The deceased have been identified as Kulwant Kaur and Sukhdev Kaur.
Harbhajan Singh, resident of Tungwali, told the police that he, along with Kulwant and Sukhdev, was going in a car and near Bucho Kalan, a car, which was driven rashly, hit them. He said Kulwant and Sukhdev died in the incident.
A case under Sections 304-A, 279, 337 and 427 of the IPC has been registered against an unidentified person at the Nathana police station. — TNS
