A case under Sections 376 of the IPC and 4 of the POCSO Act has been registered at the Phul police station against Nathu Singh, a resident of Khyala Kalan village in Mansa.

He was living with his widow daughter at Sandhu Khurd village. In a complaint lodged by the victim’s father, it has been alleged that his daughter was sitting on the roof of their house around 3 pm when accused Nathu Singh called her by offering her Rs 10.
