While Rs 23.35 lakh is to be spent on general repairs of roads and drainage in zone number 6, Rs 5 lakh is to be kept aside for repairs of public toilets located in Madhuwan Street.

Repairs of fountains opposite the Sadar police station will cost the MCB Rs 2.72 lakh. The long-pending repair work of Surkhpeer Road is expected to cost Rs 49.69 lakh.

Interlocking tiles are to be laid at Vishal Nagar at a cost of Rs 20.71 lakh, turning Shanti street into a cement and concrete road will cost the MCB Rs 4.82 lakh, development of Karnail Singh street Rs 1.02 lakh, laying of road in Arjun Nagar Rs 22 lakh, development of streets in Hans Nagar Rs 42.20 lakh, development of Joggers’ Park Rs 10 lakh and development of roads in Ward Number 37 for Rs 44.99 lakh.
