GKU off to a winning start

The football team of Guru Kashi University (GKU), Talwandi Sabo, began its campaign on a high with a 2-1 win over MJP Rohelkhand University, Bareilly, in All-India University (football) North Zone tournament being held at Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh.

As many as 70 universities are participating in the tournament. Vikas and Satwinder were the scorers for the GKU.
