Information kiosk installed at Faridkot judicial complex

FARIDKOT: To help the litigants and general public in knowing the present status of a judicial case in different courts of Faridkot, District and Sessions Judge on Thursday inaugurated a digital info kiosk at the judicial complex here.

Faridkot, April 19

To help the litigants and general public in knowing the present status of a judicial case in different courts of Faridkot, District and Sessions Judge on Thursday inaugurated a digital info kiosk at the judicial complex here.

The litigants, lawyers and general public can view the present status of judicial cases, using the kiosk without any cost, said the judges. The info kiosk will contain online filing of cases, appeals, court calendars and judgments among others. Lawyers and litigants can view the status of their cases on the info kiosk, said the judge.

This machine has been supplied by the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh under its move of digitalisation of the judicial courts in the state. Rajesh Kumar, Additional District and Sessions Judge, along with some other judicial officers and advocates were present on the occasion.
