New Delhi, July 27
Airtel today reported around 31% decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 1,462 crore for the first quarter of 2016-17 mainly due to high capital expenditure during the period.
Net income stands at Rs 1,462 crore compared to Rs 2,113 crore in corresponding quarter last year. Total consolidated income increased 7.9% to Rs 25,572.9 crore from Rs 23,680.8 crore in the year-ago period. pti
