NEW DELHI: Air India subsidiary Alliance Air on Tuesday launched new flights connecting Lucknow with the capitals of Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.

Air India subsidiary Alliance Air on Tuesday launched new flights connecting Lucknow with the capitals of Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. The airline will operate flights on Lucknow-Dehradun, Lucknow-Bhopal and Lucknow-Jaipur routes from July 5. TNS

Raymond to invest Rs 1,400 cr in Amravati unit

Textile and apparels major Raymond will invest Rs 1,400 crore in a phased manner in its new plant at Amravati in Maharashtra which will go on stream by this year-end. The company has made an initial investment of Rs 200 crore for the first phase of the new unit that will produce cotton shirts, linen and denim, among others. The company plans to open 300 new stores in the next two years. PTI
