Passing on the benefits of the recent reduction in GST rates, Dabur India today announced a 9% cut in prices of existing stocks across categories such as shampoos, skin care and home care products.
The CBEC chairman had yesterday sent a letter to all leading FMCG companies to reduce prices after the GST rates were reduced on many items.
Dabur said it had last weekend conveyed the price revision to all its trade and business associates and directed them to pass on the benefits to the end consumer with immediate effect. TNS
