Maruti, Honda top rankers in JD Power survey

New Delhi: Country’s largest car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) has again topped in the satisfaction of the after-sales customer service among mass market brands, which is the record 17th time for any passenger vehicle manufacturer in any survey across the world.



New Delhi: Country’s largest car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) has again topped in the satisfaction of the after-sales customer service among mass market brands, which is the record 17th time for any passenger vehicle manufacturer in any survey across the world. Its Japanese rival Honda has, however, caught up with MSIL this year and finished in a tie, with both scoring 901 points on a scale of 1000.

Honda ranks highest for the first time. Maruti Suzuki performs well across all factors and Honda shows strong improvement across all factors, with the greatest improvements in service initiation and service quality. Hyundai and Tata rank third in a tie at 888, and are the most improved nameplates in the study. tns
