Facebook to declare ad revenues locally

Facebook, in a bow to transparency, has announced plans to declare certain ad revenues in the country where they are made and not in Ireland, where it has a greater tax advantage. SAIL approves JV with ArcelorMittal

Domestic steel giant SAIL on Wednesday said its Board has approved the proposal to enter into a joint venture with the world’s largest steelmaker ArcelorMittal for manufacturing high-end automotive steel. However, definitive agreements in this regard will be finalised in due course subject to financial viability, the PSU said in a filing to the BSE. PTI
