105 booths to be auctioned in Mauli Jagran

Chandigarh, June 24

The Chandigarh Municipal Corporation has decided to hold auction of 105 built-up booths in Vikas Nagar, Mauli Jagran, on July 13.

The auction of booths will be conducted at the time when the civic body is facing the worst-ever financial crisis. While the previous auction had evoked a poor response as only five booths 

could be auctioned, Municipal Corporation officials are expecting good response this time.

The sites will be given on a leasehold basis for 99 years through an open auction to be held at 11 am in the conference hall of the corporation. —TNS
