In all, 413 students were conferred with degrees at the annual convocation of Government College here on Saturday.
Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Rana Kanwar Pal Singh was the chief guest on the occasion.
As many as 366 graduates and 47 post graduates received their degrees for sessions 2015-16 and 2016-17.
Exhorting the students to set new milestones in their career, Rana said after getting the degree, they must strive to attain knowledge continuously as it was imperative in the fast changing global scenario.
Earlier, college Principal Sneh Badhwar presented the annual report of the college.
