CHANDIGARH: After a gap of 8 years, the Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) will launch a new housing scheme for the residents soon. Sources said the scheme would be launched in Sector 51 where 128 two bedroom flats of various categories were being planned.

After a gap of 8 years, the Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) will launch a new housing scheme for the residents soon.

Sources said the scheme would be launched in Sector 51 where 128 two bedroom flats of various categories were being planned.

The proposed scheme of 128 two bedroom flats will have a living/dining room, two bedrooms, balconies, kitchen, store, dress space and two toilets. Under the new design, there will be a dedicated parking for each flat. A provision has also been made for lifts. The approval of the new design for the said two bedroom flats has been given by the Chief Architect, UT, Chandigarh.
