CBI against Shilpy Pattar’s bail

Chandigarh:  The CBI has opposed the bail plea of HCS officer Shilpy Pattar, accused in a graft case. The central agency filed its reply in a special CBI court on Friday. The court will pronounce its order on September 25. The CBI stated that the voice recording during the raid matched with that of the accused. The agency stated that CFSL report also confirmed that marks of chemical on the currency notes also matched with that of the accused. The CBI contended that if she was granted bail, then she might influence the investigation.  Pattar claimed that she was falsely implicated and the police had completed its interrogation, thus, there was no need to keep her in custody.
