Cancelled trains to be back on track

Chandigarh, February 6

All trains that were cancelled by the Railways in anticipation of fog, will be restored as per their scheduled time from February 8 onwards. This was announced by the railway authorities here today.

A spokesperson for the Railways said all long route and daily trains cancelled due to fog would resume their run from February 8. According to the authorities, this was decided by the Railway Board after reviewing the weather conditions in the region.

Six pairs of trains were cancelled by the Railways. The Shatabdis were back on track last month.
