Car, jewellery stolen from house

Chandigarh, March 12

Thieve decamped with cash and jewellery from a house at the MHC, Mani Majra. The accused also managed to steal a Santro car parked outside the house.

The complainant reported that an unknown person entered her house on March 10 night and stole three gold ornaments, two silver utensils, Rs 18,000, a mobile phone, household items and documents. Since the keys were at home, the accused drove away with a Santo car parked outside the house. — TNS
