CHANDIGARH: The city today saw the coldest day of the year with the maximum temperature recorded at 18.1°C, over three notches down.

The city today saw the coldest day of the year with the maximum temperature recorded at 18.1°C, over three notches down. Meanwhile, the Met ruled out dark clouds tomorrow when the much anticipated one-day cricket match between India and Sri Lanka is scheduled to take place.

A Met official said, “There will be a further dip in the temperature. Mornings are likely to be foggy with low cloud formation.” — TNS
