Brainstorming sessions on the nuances of commercial dispute resolution tools will be held during the India chapter of the Global Pound Conference series, 2016-17, to be hosted by the Punjab and Haryana High Court from May 12 to 14 at the Chandigarh Judicial Academy. Launched in Singapore, the series will culminate in London.
Addressing the media, Justice AB Chaudhari of the High Court said it was a matter of great privilege for Chandigarh to be chosen as the venue for brainstorming. Elaborating, Justice Chaudhari said the conference aimed at engaging participants and dignitaries at large to explore and venture into the arena of shaping the future of dispute resolution and improving the access to justice.
