Patiala, April 28
The Central Excise and Service Tax Division will be organising a two-day free GST migration camp on the office premises, Urban Estate, Patiala, on April 29 and 30. The camp is open for traders, manufacturers, service providers and businessmen. The aim of the camp is to facilitate assess so that they do not face any problem while getting registered for the GST. The session will also focus on the migration of existing tax payers to the GST network.
The department has urged all tax payers and their consultants that migration of GST must be completed by April 30. Failure to enroll to GST on time may lead to denial of input tax credit migration to the GST regime. — TNS
