A suspected case of dengue was reported from Ram Darbar today. If confirmed, the tricity tally will go up to 283. UT health officials said it would take at least 24 hours for the case to be confirmed.
Mohali district has recorded 229, the highest number of dengue cases in the tricity, which includes 98 from Mohali. Panchkula has reported 28 confirmed cases while Chandigarh has recorded 25 confirmed cases. Five dengue deaths have been reported from city hospitals so far. — TNS
