Chandigarh, May 26
A large numbers of workers of the city Congress on Saturday held a protest against the Narendra Modi government for its alleged failure on all fronts on its completion of four years in power at the Centre.
Former Union Minister Pawan Bansal said, “All sections of society feel cheated by the Modi government. Youths are unhappy because of increasing unemployment. Women don’t feel secure, and atrocities on Dalits are increasing day by day.”
City Cong president Pradeep Chhabra said businessmen were badly hit by demonetisation and GST. — TNS
