Panchkula: Chanderkanta (64), general secretary of the Haryana Pradesh Mahila Congress, died of dengue at a hospital here on Friday. A resident of Sector 19, she was suffering from dengue for the last 10 days. She was admitted to the General Hospital, Sector 6, and later shifted to Alchemist Hospital in Sector 21 where she died this evening. This is the second dengue death reported from Sector 19 in a week. On October 15, an 18-year-old youth had died of dengue. TNS
