Chandigarh: The police have arrested a woman, a resident of Sector 56, while possessing ganja. The police said the accused was arrested near Grain Market chowk, Maloya, while possessing 2.2 kg of ganja. A case has been registered against the accused at the Maloya police station and an investigation has been initiated. — TNS

Chandigarh: A person was seriously injured after he was stabbed on Wednesday night. Sources said the victim was stabbed near gurdwara at Bhagwanpura village, here. The police rushed the victim to the GMSH-16. They have initiated an investigation into the matter. — TNS
