In a hit-and-run case, an unidentified cyclist was killed after being hit by a truck near Colony No. 4 last night.
According to the police, passersby saw the truck speeding from the spot after hitting the cyclist.
The victim was rushed to the hospital where doctors declared him brought dead. The police are trying to track down the truck.
A case has been registered at the Industrial Area police station.
