A French delegation led by Alexandre, Ziegler, Ambassador of France, and Jean- Yves Le Drian, Defence Minister of France, along with other members today called on Punjab Governor-cum-UT Administrator VP Singh Badnore at the Punjab Raj Bhawan here.
