Mohali, November 21
After holding two back-to-back successful e-auctions, the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is now all set to conduct its next e-auction of properties located in the vicinity of the Chandigarh international airport in Mohali next month.
The properties to be offered in the upcoming e-auction include commercial plots, group housing sites and petrol pump sites among others.
“The properties are located in the surrounding area of the international airport,” said Vini Mahajan, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Housing and Urban Development-cum-Vice-Chairperson, GMADA.
She said the two previous e-auctions were successful. The department fetched Rs 276 crore in the first-ever e-auction while it earned a revenue of Rs 380 crore in the second e-auction. Ravi Bhagat, Chief Administrator, GMADA, said around 200 bidders had already registered on puda.e-auctions.in, the e-portal of the department, for participating in the e-auction. “The results of the previous e-auctions showed that there are bidders in the
