GMSSS-20 log 5-point win over Adarsh girls

CHANDIGARH:Girls from Government Model Senior Secondary School (GMSSS), Sector 20, beat Adarsh Public School, Sector 20, by five points on the second day of the 8th Luxmi Araya Memorial Kho-Kho competition here today.

Chandigarh, November 10 

Girls from Government Model Senior Secondary School (GMSSS), Sector 20, beat Adarsh Public School, Sector 20, by five points on the second day of the 8th Luxmi Araya Memorial Kho-Kho competition here today.  

Government High School, Sector 54, drubbed BMD Public School, Sector 63, by 13 points, while Government Model School, Sector 46, registered a 12-point win over SD School, Sector 24. Government High School, Sector 54, overcame CL DAV School, Sector 7, by three points.

In the boys’ category, MDAV School, Sector 22, logged a 15-point win over Government Model High School, Sector 54.

Guru Harkrishan School, Sector 38, beat BMD Public School, Sector 63, by seven points. However, they lost their second match of the day to Sri Guru Gobind Singh Senior Secondary School, Sector 35.

NVM School, Panchkula, got the better of Shishu Niketan Model School, Sector 22, while Government Model High School, Sector 7, humbled SD Public School by 11 points.

In the last match of the day, SGGS Public School registered a nine-point win over Sri Guru Gobind Singh Senior Secondary School.
