Chandigarh, May 31
The Registering and Licensing Authority, Chandigarh, has started the process for affixing High Security Registration Plates on vehicles bearing the registration number of the CH 03 N series.
In case, owners of vehicles of the above series do not get HSRP plates affixed within the stipulated time, the traffic police will challan their vehicles. —TNS
