NEW DELHI: Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday appointed Harmail Kesari as general secretary of the Chandigarh Territorial Congress Committee.

Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday appointed Harmail Kesari as general secretary of the Chandigarh Territorial Congress Committee.

AICC general secretary Ashok Gehlot said in a statement that Kesari's appointment comes in force with immediate effect. — TNS
