National Pharmacy Week observed

MOHALI: “National Pharmacy Week” is being observed at the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), from November 19 to 25.

“National Pharmacy Week” is being observed at the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), from November 19 to 25.

During the week, a debate competition, panel discussions on online pharmacies and lectures on organ donation are being held.

In a panel discussion, pharmacists working with the Haryana Government, shared their insights about current practices being followed by the Haryana Government to educate patients about usage of medicine.

Dr Prasad V Bharatam, Dean, NIPER, addressed the audience about how to reduce the cutting edge corners in order to improve the role of hospital pharmacist.
