Chandigarh, October 24
Three motorcycle-borne miscreants allegedly snatched Rs 10,000 from a Kajheri resident near the Sector 42 lake this afternoon.
Sources said the victim, Viney Kumar, was on the way to a bank to deposit the money when the three youths came on a Pulsar motorcycle and thrashed him and snatched his money.
The victim raised the alarm, but the snatchers managed to flee from the spot. The police were informed about the incident, who visited the spot.
