The complainant, Davinder Singh, who runs a motor repair shop, alleged that the incident occurred in front of the Phase I police station where he came yesterday to lodge a complaint against one of his clients for not settling his bill for Rs 11,000.

He alleged that the bag was lying in the car. However, when he came out of the police station, he found the bag missing.
