A student of hotel management was killed when the motorcycle he was riding was hit by a speeding school bus in Sector 31 yesterday. The victim was a resident of Sector 41.
According to the police, the victim, Sukhwinder (19), a student of hotel management, was riding a motorcycle when the speeding bus, being driven by Sukhwinder Singh, a resident of Sector 4, Panchkula, hit the motorcycle near the iron market chowk, Sector 31.
The police said the bus was ferrying school students when the accident took place.
