Two snatchers attack 83-yr-old

There is no stoppage of snatching incidents in Panchkula. In a latest incident, 83-year-old Kashmiri Lal of Mansa Devi Complex, Sector 4, was attacked by snatchers on late Tuesday night, when he was out on a walk. They came on a motorcycle, hit him with a knife on his head, and looted money from him. He was admitted to General Hospital, Sector 6.

In another incident, Pinjore resident Kavita was attacked by Activa scooter-borne snatchers on Tuesday night, when she was returning her home after attending a satsang. They snatched her purse. However, later the police arrested accused Surinder, a resident of Pinjore. — TNS
