Couple booked for harbouring gangsters

TARN TARAN: The Goindwal Sahib police have booked a couple for allegedly harbouring gangsters. Harbhajan Singh and his wife Ranjit Kaur of Khadur Sahib, had been providing financial help and shelter to gangsters Gurpreet Singh, alias Gopi Kaura, of Nagoke and Gurwinder Singh of Khadur Sahib, the police said.

The Goindwal Sahib police have booked a couple for allegedly harbouring gangsters. Harbhajan Singh and his wife Ranjit Kaur of Khadur Sahib, had been providing financial help and shelter to gangsters Gurpreet Singh, alias Gopi Kaura, of Nagoke and Gurwinder Singh of Khadur Sahib, the police said. They are absconding. A case under Sections 212, 216 and 120-B of the IPC has been registered against them. — OC
