AMRITSAR: A seminar on development of soft skills for the bright future of NCC Cadets and students was organised under the aegis of NCC Group Commander, Amritsar, Brig Vijay Sagar Dheman at Shri Ram Ashram Public School today.

A seminar on development of soft skills for the bright future of NCC Cadets and students was organised under the aegis of NCC Group Commander, Amritsar, Brig Vijay Sagar Dheman at Shri Ram Ashram Public School today.

On this occasion, Brigadier Dheman along with Himesh Madaan, who is an all-India level speaker on personality development, shared his experiences with the students and the cadets.

He said that in the present day scenario, the academic area is being given paramount importance in schools and colleges, whereas personality development, interview cycle and overall development of students was either ignored or being given less importance. He said, in the campaign, approximately 8,000 NCC Cadets and other students participated.

Brigadier Dheman requested the parents of students and cadets, teachers and all the principals to motivate their children to participate more often in such seminars, so that they are groomed in the correct perspective for their bright future and contribute to the overall development of society and the nation, as a whole.
