The accused, Paramjit Singh, was caught on Friday on a complaint filed by another employee, Kawaljit Singh. The Vigilance has registered a case against him.

As per the complaint, the accused was demanding kickbacks to issue receipts for the money the complainant had deposited after collecting it from visitors at the OPD of the hospital.
