Baba Farid College organised its third convocation here on Thursday. As many as 204 students from 2010-13 and 2013-2016 batches were received their degrees on the campus of Baba Farid Group of Institutions (BFGI).
Students who have passed BSc(non-medical), BSc (computer science), BSc (CSM) and BSc (MCM) took part in the convocation. Prof JS Hundal, Registrar, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University, was the chief guest on the occasion.
Dr Pardeep Kaura, Deputy Director (academics), BFGI, welcomed all guests and highlighted the achievements of BFC students in the field of academics, sports and art.
Prof Hundal congratulated the institution for conducting the convocation ceremony and called it an important day in a student’s life.
