The Kotwali police have arrested Manoj Kumar, a resident of Surakhpeer road, and Hero Yadav, a resident of Beant Nagar, with 1-kg of ganja when they were coming on motorcycle (PB-03-AS-9860) near Surakhpeer road.
The Nandgarh police have arrested Kuldeep Singh and Akhkesh Kumar of Dhunnike village with 130-gm of intoxicant pills from Chak Attar Singh Wala village. All the accused have been booked under the NDPS Act.
The Canal Colony police have arrested Jaswant Singh, a resident of Ajad Nagar, Bathinda, with 12 bottles of illicit liquor when he was coming in a car (PB-01A-7146) from Lal Singh Basti.
The CIA-2 wing of Bathinda police have arrested Harjinder Singh and Rajdeep Kaur, residents of Dhilwan Kalan in Faridkot district, with 156 bottles of illicit liquor when they were coming in a car (DL-7CB-5497) near Naruyana village. A case has been registered at the Sadar police station.
